Knowledge
Every business has its own set of rules and nuances and if software has to be effective in solving problems, automating processes, integration information and delivering the desired improvement in productivity and quality, it is important for software designers to understand and appreciate businesses and their operations. Over a decade, having worked with close to a hundred diverse functions and business areas, we do believe we have an understanding and deep respect for the complexities and intricacies of business operations to whom our software is addressed. Nixel's team have deep insights into the workings of businesses and functions. Where we haven't been able to build strengths in business and functional knowledge ourselves, we have built alliances with corporations and individuals who bring with them the knowledge and experience that will help the software be more effective. For our customers, this knowledge means a level of comfort. Knowing that from the beginning of the project right through the design and development stages, the Nixel team has a firm understanding of the applications and operational issues that the software is expected to address. This has helped make our applications a lot more user friendly and effective in use, enabled us to keep customer coordination to a few happy interactions on project progress and most importantly resulted in dramatically lower timeframes for the design of software and systems. A large contributor to the success of our software is its honing to address micro issues in business and functional processes. A mere software and technology approach does not make this happen. It requires a detailed understanding of the domains that the software is expected to work in. Nixel has a lot of knowledge and experience of this.
