We at Nixel believe it could be one of the most critical area that impacts customer satisfaction and the viability of the organization. |

Software Quality Engineers (Job
Code - SQE) Nixel would like dedicated quality engineers who can work from the start of a project, plan and advise on quality issues and help test the software the software thoroughly so that it meets the expected goals and performance with reliability and accuracy under a variety of circumstances and user environments. You should be a graduate with a qualification in computers, software and information technology. You should have experience of atleast 2 years working for a software development or user organization. You should have used software and seen the results of poorly designed and executed software projects. You must understand the techniques and procedures required to design tests and execute them, document quality reports and guide developers on frequently occuring errors. You should be familiar with methodologies and standards such as ISO 9000, SEI-CMM, TickIT and Six Sigma. You should be willing to take your role seriously and champion the cause of quality in the Nixel organization. You must be able to document your quality reports and communicate with the customer on the quality assurance and deployment of the software. This might require visits to the customer sites. Nixel will be willing to take on good software quality engineers on full time or contract employment with a fixed remuneration and a reward based on the successful implementation of the software for the customer. |
