Software Architects (Job Code
- SA) The suitable Software Architect for our type of software that we develop at Nixel will be someone with an ability to clearly visualize business processes, design systems and processes, visualize and design databases and frame software interfaces and operations and provide these to the development team for execution. You should be a graduate in engineering with atleast 3 years of experience in the design and development of software for applications involving databases and client-server and web architecture. You should be able to visualize and articulate problems that might come up during execution, provide guidance to developers, set standards for coding and quality testing and monitor the project on technical features and design during the development process. You will need to coordinate with the project manager for the project. Nixel will be willing to look at both full time and contract employment for our projects. The compensation will be a fixed remuneration and a performance reward on successful project completion and customer satisfaction. You must be someone who appreciates the needs for structured design and must be willing to document design, specifications and standards and build prototypes of the software interfaces. You must have a good understanding of how business processes work and how data needs to be organized to make the database more efficient and enable use of the data by multiple applications and users in the organization. You must be able to understand the scalability of data and software and feature these into your designs. We want people who can add new innovations to our process and help us develop better software for our customers.
