Nixel is very flexible but we also have been
putting into place a series of policies and work rules that enables
better coordination and working.
Our policies are clear and very rewarding to performers. They are also
designed to correct and weed out low performers and people without an
inherent commitment to the organization and the project.
Nixel is clear on its policy on integrity. We are a honest organization
in all our business dealings and with our people and we expect everyone
to be the same. There is no compromise we make on personal and professional
integrity and we believe this will help us attain our vision and earn
the continued respect of our customers and partners.
Our work is knowledge oriented and at Nixel its innovation, research
and hard work is very valuable. Our policies on intellectual property
are clear. Nixel owns all work that is done by its people and we expect
each individual to sign contracts and agreements confirming these for
specific projects and areas.
