Described below are job profiles of the type
of positions that exist at Nixel. They detail the type of work that
is involved for these positions, the profiles of people that we are
looking for in these areas and some details of the compensation packages

Project Managers Project Managers will be given total responsibility of our software projects and involved in the project cycle from the stage of specification to deployment and delivery. They will need to resolve design issues, make and monitor project plans, interact regularly with customers and ensure timely and quality completions of projects. more... Software Architects Software architects will need to be thorough with technological and systems design issues. They will need to look at process reengineering, database design, software design and architecture and set standards for interfaces, coding, functional requirements and quality tests. more... Software Programmers Software programmers will take design specifications from project managers and translate these into high quality software code in the application development environments specified for the project. They will also maintain detailed time records of their work, update the Nixel Project Management System and comment and document their work thorougly. They will be expected to ensure quality and maintain the strict schedules for the project. more... Software Quality Engineers Software quality engineers will be involved in the software development process from the beginning. Design of quality requirements, building of test cases, preparation of test forms and methodologies, feedback to programmers, preventive quality measures, training and guidance of the development team and conducting of actual tests will form the major role of the software quality engineer on a project. more... Documentation Specialists Excellent oral and written English skills will enable documentation specialists to prepare user and programming manuals and help document the project, its design and architecture and software.
