A typical day at Nixel is spent working through
the challenges of technology, the solutions that our customers need
to improve their business and new ways in which we can address customer
needs better and aim for revenue and income growth for the company.
Our work begins at 9 in the morning and goes on until 6 in the evening,
six days a week. A typical work day involves making that extra effort
to complete the work at hand. Most of us end up spending a couple of
hours more to pack in a little more each day. Mondays to Fridays are
uncompromisingly used to address customer and project issues, while
Saturdays is used for team discussions, reviews and planning and learning
and research.
Visits to customer locations are inherent in the type of work that we
do. This could involve travel within the city or to other cities where
we have customers. This could involve visits that span a few days to
a few weeks or months.
We are a small team so everyone is critical and even a single under-performance
can have a disastrous effect on the organization. This helps in giving
everyone an opportunity to see the complete picture and round off their
skills and experience with a balance of knowledge and personality development.
We are constantly exploring new avenues and ways to grow our business,
make our customers happy and see ourselves better placed to achieve
the large vision that we have set out for ourselves.
